Lot Wizard pricing, explained — what each plan actually costs in 2026
Lot Wizard lists its DMS at $99–$299 a month by users, or $209–$409 with a website and feeds. What each plan includes, the per-deal extras, and what to ask.
Lot Wizard is one of the long-running DMS names for independent used-car lots, and unlike a lot of dealer software it actually publishes its prices. That makes it easier to compare than most, as long as you read the whole page: the number you see first is the DMS on its own, and the website, the feeds, and a few per-deal extras sit further down.
Prices below are exactly as listed on Lot Wizard's pricing page on September 24, 2026. Vendors change prices; confirm your current quote with Lot Wizard. Also, full disclosure: I run a used-car lot and built DealerVLO, a competing DMS, so read my comparison section with that in mind.
The short answer
Lot Wizard Pro, the DMS on its own, runs $99 to $299 a month depending on how many users you need. If you want a dealer website and advertising feeds with it, the packages run $209 to $409 a month. There's also Lot Wizard Lite, with no monthly fee and $20 per deal, and a 15-day free trial. For comparison, DealerVLO is $29 a month flat for unlimited users, with the website and feeds included.
Lot Wizard Pro plans (the DMS on its own)
The Pro plans are priced by users, installs, and database size. All four list toll-free support.
| Plan | Monthly price | Users | Installs | Database | |---|---|---|---|---| | Solo | $99 | 1 | 1 | 2GB | | Partner | $129 | 1–3 | Multiple | 5GB | | Business | $199 | 4–8 | Multiple | 50GB | | Enterprise | $299 | 8+ | Multiple | 100GB |
The thing to notice is that price climbs with headcount. A one-person lot fits Solo; the moment a second person needs their own login, you're on Partner; hire a few more and you're on Business. If you're planning to grow, price the plan you'll be on in a year, not the one you'd start on. We covered why that matters in flat-fee versus per-user dealer software.
This is the main place DealerVLO is built differently. It doesn't price by headcount: $29 a month covers every user, so adding a salesperson or an office manager doesn't change the bill.
The website-and-feeds packages
If you want a dealer website and advertising feeds to the listing sites, Lot Wizard sells them as packages on top of the matching Pro plan:
| Package | Monthly price | Same as | |---|---|---| | Solo Package | $209 | Solo + website + feeds | | Partner Package | $239 | Partner + website + feeds | | Business Package | $309 | Business + website + feeds | | Enterprise Package | $409 | Enterprise + website + feeds |
Do the subtraction and every tier works out the same: the package is $110 a month more than the DMS-only plan ($209 − $99, $239 − $129, and so on). So if you'd otherwise pay for a website and feeds somewhere else, that's the number to compare against. Our breakdown of what a dealer website costs helps with that comparison.
In DealerVLO, the website and the listing feeds aren't an add-on. They're part of the $29: your inventory posts to your own dealer site automatically, and feeds to CarGurus, Cars.com, Autotrader, and Facebook once you enroll with each (those sites still charge their own fees).

The extras: form credits and Lot Wizard Lite
Two things live below the plan tables, and both are worth reading.
PDF form credits. Lot Wizard says most forms it prints are included in the subscription, but some Reynolds & Reynolds LAW 553 PDF documents carry an extra cost, sold as credits:
- 20 deals for $70 ($3.50 each)
- 50 deals for $170 ($3.40 each)
- 100 deals for $330 ($3.30 each)
Whether this touches you depends on which documents your deals use, so ask before you sign. If it does, the math is simple: 20 deals a month at $3.50 adds $70 a month.
DealerVLO has no form credits. It fills federal forms like the FTC Buyers Guide and your state's title and registration forms from the deal, for all 50 states, with no per-form or per-deal charge. If you have forms of your own, you can upload the fillable PDFs and DealerVLO fills those from the deal too.

Lot Wizard Lite. If you don't want a monthly fee at all, Lite charges $20 per deal instead. Against the $99 Solo plan, that's cheaper only at very low volume: four deals a month is $80, five is $100. Past about five deals a month, the monthly plan wins.
Lot Wizard's page also notes that additional charges may apply for new-car and RV dealerships.
What a small lot actually pays
Here's the list price over a year for a few common setups, straight from the numbers above:
- One person, DMS only (Solo): $99 × 12 = $1,188 a year.
- One person with a website and feeds (Solo Package): $209 × 12 = $2,508 a year.
- Two or three people with a website and feeds (Partner Package): $239 × 12 = $2,868 a year.
- DealerVLO, any number of people, with a website and feeds: $29 × 12 = $348 a year.
Add form credits if your documents need them, and any setup or training fees, which Lot Wizard's pricing page doesn't list.
Questions to ask before you sign
The pricing page answers a lot, but not everything. These are the questions I'd want answered in writing:
How it compares to DealerVLO
This is the part where I have a stake, so I'll keep it to the facts. DealerVLO is $29 a month, flat, with unlimited users. The dealer website, listing feeds (CarGurus, Cars.com, AutoTrader, and Facebook, once you enroll with each), e-signatures, and your state's title and registration forms are all included, and there are no per-deal form charges. It runs in a browser, so there's nothing to install. The trial is 14 days; you add a card to start, and you're not charged until it ends.
| | Lot Wizard Solo Package | Lot Wizard Partner Package | DealerVLO | |---|---|---|---| | Monthly price | $209 | $239 | $29 | | Users | 1 | 1–3 | Unlimited | | Website + feeds | Included | Included | Included | | Per-deal form credits | Some documents | Some documents | None | | Free trial | 15 days | 15 days | 14 days (card required) |
Where Lot Wizard can still be the better fit: if you already know it and your team works fast in it, a switch has a real cost in retraining (our switching-from-Lot-Wizard guide covers what moves over). If you close only a handful of deals a month, Lite's pay-per-deal model may suit you. And if buy-here-pay-here loan servicing is the core of your business, compare the depth of each system's BHPH tools carefully rather than going on price. Frequently asked questions
How much does Lot Wizard cost?
Lot Wizard lists its Pro DMS at $99 a month for one user (Solo), $129 for up to three users (Partner), $199 for four to eight users (Business), and $299 for eight or more (Enterprise). Packages that add a dealer website and advertising feeds run $209, $239, $309, and $409 a month. Those are the prices on Lot Wizard's pricing page as of September 24, 2026; confirm your current price with Lot Wizard before deciding.
Does Lot Wizard include a dealer website?
Only in the packages. The Pro plans are the DMS on its own. The Solo, Partner, Business, and Enterprise Packages add a website and advertising feeds, and at every tier the package costs $110 a month more than the DMS-only plan.
Does Lot Wizard charge per deal?
For most deals, no: Lot Wizard says most forms it prints are included in the subscription. Some Reynolds & Reynolds LAW 553 PDF documents need form credits, sold as 20 deals for $70, 50 for $170, or 100 for $330, which works out to $3.30 to $3.50 per deal. Lot Wizard Lite is the other exception: no monthly fee, $20 per deal.
Is there a Lot Wizard free trial?
Yes. Lot Wizard offers a 15-day free trial.
How does Lot Wizard pricing compare with DealerVLO?
DealerVLO is $29 a month, flat, for unlimited users, with the dealer website, listing feeds, e-signatures, and state title forms included. Lot Wizard's package with a website and feeds starts at $209 a month for one user. I built DealerVLO, so weigh that comparison accordingly, and check both vendors' current pricing.
Bottom line
Lot Wizard is refreshingly upfront about pricing: $99 to $299 a month for the DMS by headcount, $110 a month more for the website and feeds, a few per-deal form credits on some documents, and a pay-per-deal Lite option for very small lots. Price the plan you'll need as you grow, not the one you start on, and get the setup and contract terms in writing.
If you'd rather have one flat price with every user, the website, feeds, e-signatures, and state forms included, start a free DealerVLO trial and run a real deal through it.
