DealerVLO is $99/month per dealership, billed monthly — $1188 a year. That one price includes the DMS, CRM, deal jacket, document generation, syndication feeds, your public dealer website, and unlimited users. There is no setup fee, no per-user fee, and no annual contract.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — every new dealership gets a 14-day free trial with full access to everything. No credit card is required to start; you only enter payment details when you decide to keep it.

Are there per-user or per-module fees?

No. Most dealer software prices by module (CRM extra, website extra, forms extra) or by seat. DealerVLO is one flat price with every feature and unlimited team members included.

Is there a contract or cancellation fee?

No contract and no cancellation fee. It's month to month — cancel from the billing page any time and you won't be charged again. You can export your data (inventory, customers, deals) via CSV whenever you want.

How does this compare to what other dealer software costs?
