Can I get the paperwork signed electronically?
Yes — e-signatures are built into the deal jacket. Any document you generate can be signed in person on a tablet or by emailing the buyer and co-buyer a secure link they open on their phone. It's compliant with the federal ESIGN Act and state UETA: each signer agrees to sign electronically, and DealerVLO records their IP, device, and timestamps, embeds the signature in the PDF, and appends a certificate of completion with a SHA-256 hash of the document. When everyone has signed, the completed copy files back onto the deal as a new version. There's no separate e-signature tool and no per-signature fee.
Is there an extra fee for the forms module?

Are the generated forms accepted by the state?
For the large majority of states, DealerVLO fills the real, official DMV title form itself — the actual PDF, using the real field names on the current version — so you print, review, and sign it as you would any deal document. A few states (like Pennsylvania and Michigan) issue their form only through the state's own dealer system and never publish a fillable version; there, DealerVLO produces a print-ready worksheet with every value already in place to enter into that system.
