Wayne Reaves has been building dealer software out of Macon, Georgia for decades, and it's best known for buy here pay here: collections, related finance companies, repo tracking, the whole back office. For a long time you had to call to get a price. Now there's a full price list on the website, plan by plan, with the add-ons and even per-form fees spelled out. That's worth reading carefully, because the plan price is where the bill starts.
Prices below are exactly as listed on Wayne Reaves's pricing page on October 18, 2026. The page says pricing is subject to change; confirm your quote with Wayne Reaves. Full disclosure: I run a used-car lot and built DealerVLO, a competing DMS, so read my comparison sections with that in mind.
The short answer
Wayne Reaves's DMS comes in four plans, priced by the kinds of deals you do:
| Plan | Monthly | Deal types | Highlights |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pro DMS Lite | $75 | Cash only | VIN scanning, cost tracking, bill of sale and state forms, OFAC and 8300 |
| Pro DMS | $125 | Cash + bank finance | Adds floorplan tracking, lender connections, credit reports and e-contracting, success manager |
| Pro DMS Ultimate | $145 | Cash, finance, BHPH | Adds BHPH contracts, collections, related finance company, repo tracking, texting |
| Wayne's Value Pick | $340 | Cash, finance, BHPH | Ultimate plus unlimited users, Website Unlimited, J.D. Power or Black Book values |
Every plan includes 3 simultaneous users. Wayne Reaves says quarterly and annual discounts are available, without listing the amounts.
For comparison, DealerVLO is $29 a month flat for unlimited users, with the dealer website and listing feeds included.
Wayne Reaves list prices as of October 18, 2026: Pro DMS Lite $75 a month, Pro DMS $125, Pro DMS Ultimate $145, and Wayne's Value Pick $340 with unlimited users, a website, and book values.
The add-ons that change the bill
Below the plans, the pricing page lists what's extra:
- Users beyond 3: $10 a month each, or $200 a month for unlimited (included in Value Pick).
- Dealer website: Website Starter at $79 a month for up to 10 actively posted vehicles, or Website Unlimited at $99 a month (included in Value Pick).
- Black Book valuations: $65 a month. J.D. Power valuations: $70 a month.
- Credit-bureau reporting for BHPH accounts: $65 a month.
- Managed digital marketing: custom quote.
Then there are billable forms, priced per form: Bankers Systems PC and SI contracts at $3.52, Reynolds and Reynolds LAW 553 at $2.98, FIPCO at $3.90, WATDA at $2.75, and VIADA at $0.20. Wayne Reaves notes that custom, preprinted, licensed, and other billable forms may have additional charges, and that third-party services like Carfax, AutoCheck, DealerTrack, RouteOne, and CUDL may need their own subscriptions.
What a lot actually pays
Most retail lots want a website with every car on it, so here's the list price with Website Unlimited added:
- Pro DMS + Website Unlimited: $125 + $99 = $224 a month ($2,688 a year) for 3 users.
- Pro DMS Ultimate + Website Unlimited: $145 + $99 = $244 a month ($2,928 a year) for 3 users.
- Wayne's Value Pick: $340 a month ($4,080 a year) with unlimited users and book values.
- DealerVLO: $29 a month ($348 a year), unlimited users, website and feeds included.
Before billable forms and third-party subscriptions. The Value Pick math is real, too: Ultimate plus Website Unlimited plus unlimited users plus J.D. Power values would be $145 + $99 + $200 + $70 = $514 a month bought separately, so if you need all four, $340 is the better deal.
Monthly cost with a dealer website at list price: Wayne's Value Pick $340, Pro DMS Ultimate plus Website Unlimited $244, Pro DMS plus Website Unlimited $224, each Pro DMS line for 3 users, and DealerVLO $29 for unlimited users.

What $29 a month gets you in DealerVLO
I built DealerVLO to run my own lot in Tewksbury, Massachusetts, and it still does. One flat plan, in a browser:
- Deals: cash and finance deals in a deal jacket that computes the totals, trade equity, payment, and front-end and F&I gross as you type, with a compliance checklist (including recording that the OFAC screen was done).
- Paperwork: the FTC Buyers Guide and your state's title and registration paperwork for all 50 states, filled from the deal, with e-signatures and no per-form fees. Upload your own fillable PDFs and DealerVLO fills those from the deal too.
- Inventory: VIN decode and camera VIN scanning, photos, reconditioning and other costs line by line so every car shows its all-in cost and margin, and days on the lot.
- Website and feeds: a dealer website with every car on it, plus daily listing feeds to CarGurus, Cars.com, and Autotrader (their fees apply).
- BHPH: a payment schedule on each note, payments recorded against it, and a collections view of what's due and past due.
- Money: a sales report with front- and back-end gross and a P&L that subtracts your real overhead.

Where DealerVLO is the better fit
- You have more than 3 people in the system. DealerVLO has no user count; on Wayne Reaves it's $10 a user or $200 for unlimited.
- You want every car on your website for the base price. DealerVLO includes it; on Wayne Reaves it's $79 for 10 cars or $99 unlimited.
- You print a lot of contracts. DealerVLO doesn't charge per form.
- You want a flat bill. One $29 line, no add-ons, month to month.
Where Wayne Reaves is the better fit
To be fair to them, Wayne Reaves's BHPH depth is real, and it's where I'd point a serious BHPH store:
- Full collections and portfolio tools. Account assignment, bulk account sales, precomputed and simple interest, pick-up payments, side notes, repo tracking, and write-off reports. DealerVLO's BHPH tracking is simpler: schedules, payments, and a collections view.
- Related finance company support. Listed on Ultimate. DealerVLO doesn't have it.
- Credit-bureau reporting, credit reports, and lender connections. Wayne Reaves lists all three. DealerVLO doesn't pull credit, report to bureaus, or send deals to lenders.
- Two-way texting and card processing. Listed on Ultimate. DealerVLO doesn't text customers or take card payments.
- A dedicated success manager and multi-rooftop. Listed from Pro DMS up.

Bottom line
Wayne Reaves's price list is honest and detailed, and for a BHPH store that lives in collections, Ultimate at $145 or the Value Pick at $340 buys real depth. For a cash-and-finance retail lot, budget the plan plus the website plus users beyond three, plus any billable forms.
If you'd rather have one $29 line with unlimited users, the website, feeds, e-signatures, and your state's paperwork included, DealerVLO does that. Start a free DealerVLO trial and run a real deal through it.
