How long does it take to get started with DealerVLO?+
A few minutes. Adding a vehicle by VIN takes about a minute, and running a test deal and generating the paperwork takes a couple more. If you're switching from another system, Inventory → Add many cars at once brings in up to 1,000 cars per file (cost included if your export has it), and Settings → Import data brings in your customer list.
Do I need to install anything?+
No. DealerVLO runs in your web browser on any computer, tablet, or phone — there's nothing to download or install, and updates happen automatically.
Can I import my existing inventory?+
Yes. Inventory → Add many cars at once brings in up to 1,000 cars per file (cost included if your export has it), and Settings → Import data brings in your customer list, so you don't re-key your cars or customers when you switch. Photos and past deals don't import.
Is there support if I get stuck?+
