AutoManager sells three products instead of one: a DMS, a website-and-marketing product, and a CRM. It publishes a starting price for each, which is more than a lot of dealer software does. The catch is the word "starting": several features on the pricing page carry footnotes, and what you pay depends on which of those you need.

*Prices below are as listed on [AutoManager's pricing page](https://www.automanager.com/pricing/) on September 24, 2026. They're starting prices, and the page offers monthly, semi-annual, and annual billing, so your quote may differ; confirm it with AutoManager. Full disclosure: I run a used-car lot and built DealerVLO, a competing DMS, so read my comparison section with that in mind.*

## The short answer

AutoManager's DMS, **DeskManager, starts at $88 a month**. The website and marketing product, **WebManager, starts at $70 a month**. The CRM and text-marketing product, **Selly, starts at $140 a month**. A **DMS + website bundle starts at $144 a month**. For comparison, DealerVLO is **$29 a month flat** for unlimited users, with the DMS, website, and listing feeds in one plan.

## What each product includes

Here's what AutoManager lists for each product. Items marked with an asterisk carry a footnote on the pricing page (more on those below).

**DeskManager (DMS), from $88 a month**
- Inventory management
- F&I calculations and deal structures
- Buy here pay here (BHPH)\*
- QuickBooks Online and Desktop integration\*
- Contracts and forms
- Lead and prospect management
- Payment processing
- Mobile app
- WebManager integration
- Chat and phone tech support

**WebManager (website and marketing), from $70 a month**
- Dealership websites
- Export to 250-plus marketplaces
- Facebook Marketplace auto-posting utility
- Google listing integration
- Social media posting\*
- Automated video generation
- eBay Motors management
- WordPress integration
- Dealer website report
- High photo resolution\*

**Selly (CRM and text marketing), from $140 a month**
- Customer and prospect management
- Lead assignment tools
- DMS integration
- Unlimited texting and voice\*
- Mobile app
- Auto-responder system
- Dealership phone routing
- Text and email templates
- Lead analytics and ROI calculator
- SMS text blasts\*

Splitting the DMS, website, and CRM into three products means three prices to add up. DealerVLO takes the other approach: the DMS, deal jacket, dealer website, listing feeds, e-signatures, and a lead inbox are one product at one price. It doesn't do texting or calling, so if that's central to how you sell, Selly is covering something DealerVLO doesn't.

## The footnotes that change the total

This is the part to read slowly. The pricing page's footnotes say some features are **optional modules**, some require a **PowerSEO subscription**, some carry a **per-vehicle posting cost**, and some require **KBB and JD Power subscriptions**. The page marks individual features with symbols tied to those notes, but it doesn't spell out in plain text which note applies to which feature. So for anything you need among the starred items (BHPH, QuickBooks, social posting, photo resolution, unlimited texting and voice, SMS blasts), ask AutoManager exactly which note applies and what it costs.

The page doesn't list setup, training, or data-conversion fees, or contract terms. Ask about those too.

DealerVLO has no optional modules and no footnotes: every feature is in the $29 plan, for every user, including state title and registration forms for all 50 states filled from the deal.

## What a small lot actually pays

At the listed starting prices, here's the yearly math:

- **DMS only (DeskManager):** $88 × 12 = $1,056 a year.
- **DMS + website bundle:** $144 × 12 = $1,728 a year. Buying the two separately would be $88 + $70 = $158 a month, so the bundle saves $14 a month.
- **Bundle plus Selly CRM:** $144 + $140 = $284 a month, or $3,408 a year, if the CRM is added at its starting price.
- **DealerVLO:** $29 × 12 = $348 a year, with the website, feeds, and every user included.

Treat those as floors. Any optional modules, subscriptions, or per-vehicle posting costs you need sit on top.

## Questions to ask before you sign

## How it compares to DealerVLO

I have a stake here, so facts only. DealerVLO is **$29 a month, flat**, with unlimited users. The dealer website, listing feeds (CarGurus, Cars.com, AutoTrader, and Facebook, once you enroll with each), e-signatures, and your state's title and registration forms are included. It runs in a browser. The trial is 14 days; you add a card to start and aren't charged until it ends.

AutoManager does several things DealerVLO doesn't, and it's worth being plain about them:

- **Marketplace reach.** WebManager lists exports to 250-plus marketplaces. DealerVLO feeds CarGurus, Cars.com, AutoTrader, and Facebook, plus a CSV export.
- **Texting and calling.** Selly includes texting, voice, and phone routing. DealerVLO has a lead inbox and email, but no built-in texting or calling.
- **Accounting.** DeskManager lists QuickBooks integration. DealerVLO has its own P&L and expense tracking but doesn't connect to QuickBooks.

| | AutoManager DMS + website bundle | AutoManager bundle + Selly | DealerVLO |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starting monthly price | $144 | $284 | $29 |
| Dealer website | Included | Included | Included |
| Built-in texting and calling | No | Yes (Selly) | No |
| QuickBooks integration | Listed (footnoted) | Listed (footnoted) | No |
| Users | Ask | Ask | Unlimited |

If you need wide syndication, texting from the CRM, or QuickBooks, AutoManager's stack may be worth the difference; price it with the modules you'll actually use. If you want one flat price that covers the DMS, website, feeds, e-signatures, and state forms, DealerVLO costs less.
